Gleipnir is an item that is usually built by cores who builded maelstrom or supports who built rod of atos to turn them into Gleipnir, whichever of the two said earlier, Gleipnir is flexible item that has an upgrade path for supporting or going core, Heroes that love building it as supports are Mirana and Hoodwink, Some Cores would be Arc Warden and Weaver, timing is relevant on the situation so just play to your current scenario.
